Taittiriya Upanishad by Swami Mukundananda [Hindi]-Part 1/18
The Taittairiya Upanishad is part of Yajurved and is divided into three sections.
The first section called the 'Shikshavalli', describes the preparatory practices and rules of conduct that one must do to prepare the self for attainment of divine bliss.
The second section describes the attributes and characteristics of the bliss of 'Brahm' and is called the 'Brahmanandavalli'.
The third section is called 'Bhriguvalli' and talks about Sage Bhrigu's journey towards God-realization.
The Taittairiya Upanishad is often considered as a steep mountain to climb due to the nature of its deep and intrinsic knowledge.
Swami Mukundananda describes the divine knowledge hidden in this important Upanishad with great dexterity and makes it easy to understand.
The lecture is divided into eighteen parts and this is the first of the series.
